Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Avtigo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create a listing or contact a seller. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Listing Rules
Every listing must accurately describe a vehicle you own or are authorized to sell. Listings with false, misleading, or duplicated information, or for anything other than a real vehicle for sale, may be rejected or removed. All listings go through moderation before they go live.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Avtigo to post fraudulent listings, harass other users, scrape or resell platform data, or attempt to circumvent our messaging, verification, or moderation systems. Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or permanently banned.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload. By publishing a listing, you grant Avtigo a license to display, resize, and watermark your images for use on the platform. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
Fees
Creating an account and publishing listings is currently free. Any future paid features, such as featured placements, will be clearly priced and optional before you're charged.
No Warranty on Vehicles
Avtigo is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any sale and do not inspect, warrant, or guarantee the condition, history, or legality of any vehicle listed. VIN and history checks, where available, are provided by third parties and shown as-is.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including in response to user reports. You can also delete your own account at any time from Settings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of Avtigo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
